CHI NEI TSANG
Brought forth to the world by the White Cloud Taoist Monks in ancient China, Chi Nei Tsang is a holistic method to the healing touch. It integrates
the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of our being. Chi Nei Tsang goes to the very source of problems, encompassing emotional and psychosomatic responses. It can treat chronic conditions
such as digestive disturbances, chronic fatigue, headaches, menstrual cramps, infertility, uterine
fibroids, depression, insomnia...
Chi Nei Tsang is literally "the internal organ's breath”. It employs all the principles of Kung-Fu and Tai Qi Chuan known as Qi-Gong; thus, it is a
kind of “applied Qi Gong.”
Practitioners are experienced in Qi Gong and work mostly on the abdomen with deep, and gentle touches, encouraging internal organs to function with
more efficiency. Unprocessed emotions can also be addressed in this manner, and all of the body systems: respiratory, digestive, nervous, cardiovascular, lymphatic, endocrine, reproductive,
urinary, musculo-skeletal, and the acupuncture channel system.
Chi Nei Tsang's 4 main lines of operation
TRANSFORMING EMOTIONS:
All repressed emotions are stored in the memory of the intestines. They influence our behaviour and choices.
DEVELOPING SELF CONSCIOUSNESS:
Chi Nei Tsang helps strengthen our knowledge of what we are and what we could be, free from disguise, even if this means going against social
expectations.
RESTRUCTURING AND NURTURING:
It improves the physiology of organs by releasing tension.
DETOXICATION:
Chi Nei Tsang stimulates the circulatory, lymphatic and immune systems.
